Terms of use.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this site, requesting sandbox credentials, or otherwise using any AETHER pre-release service, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Intended audience

The information on this site is directed at regulated financial institutions and the developers who serve them. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to retail customers, and nothing should be construed as financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

3. Sandbox use

• The sandbox is provided "as is" for evaluation only.
• You may not use sandbox credentials to process real customer or counterparty data without our prior written consent.
• You may not reverse engineer, copy or republish the sandbox API surface beyond what is necessary to evaluate integration with the AETHER service.
• We may withdraw or rate-limit sandbox access at any time. Production access is governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The AETHER name, wordmark, glyph and visual identity are owned by AETHER Ecosystem. Specifications, SDK source and reference implementations are made available under their respective open-source licences. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

5. Confidentiality

Materials marked "confidential" or shared in the course of a partnership discussion remain confidential to AETHER and may not be disclosed without written consent. This obligation survives termination of any informal evaluation arrangement.

6. Warranties & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this site and the sandbox are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AETHER's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or the sandbox is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed one hundred euros. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Dublin have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under or in connection with them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction (where applicable).

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will record material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
